Rule 147
Action Report

(1) The court shall send a monthly report to the Supreme Court within the fifth day of the following month containing the details of the cases heard by each judge in the various benches, the petitions dismissed by the registrar, the cases filed in the court and the cases dismissed.
(2) After the end of the financial year, within the fifteenth day of Shravan, the court should disclose the following matters and send an annual report to the Supreme Court:-
(a) The name, surname, nationality, qualification, age and period of service of the Chief Justice and other judges and the statistics of their attendance and leave throughout the reporting period and a brief description of the work done during that period,
(b) Schedule of Court staff and details of staff employed,
(c) List, qualifications and rank of officers working in the Court,
(d) a comparative statement of the cases filed, dismissed and pending before the court within the year of the report and the two preceding years; (f) Annual working statement of each subordinate District Court separately (g) Records of the appointment of judges or officers of subordinate stations or courts as prescribed,
(h) whether or not progress has been made during the reporting period towards the expeditious disposal of the case and the reasons therefor and suggestions, if any, of the Court in that regard, and
(i) Any other suggestions that the Court may wish to make regarding the reform of the Judiciary.
(3) Chief Justice and others: The daily work details of the work performed by the judge should be kept up to date. The information kept in this way should be verified by the Chief Justice every month and sent to the Judicial Council Secretariat and the Supreme Court.
